Sleeve head interfacing

Sleeve heads are the hidden magic, a thin felt support on the inside of a sleeve head to help fill out the top of the sleeve where it meets the shoulder.

This little piece of felt is matched with the notch at the apex to the shoulder seam and sewn into the sleeve head seam. From the outside it’s invisible, but it helps support the sleeve head, making sure it doesn’t sag or buckle. Use in coats, blazers, jackets…

Available in two colours:

Sold by the pair (left sleeve, right sleeve). Long side goes towards the back of the jacket.
