How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most of our haberdashery and tailoring canvas is sold directly from stock. I ship out orders twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays and every order goes out with track & trace.

Bespoke orders or made to measure orders can take longer before they can
be shipped out. I will keep you up to date on your order and expected
shipping date, so you will always know what’s going on with your order.
How do I track my order?
You can view it from the shipping confirmation email that we sent you. By entering your tracking number, you will see an estimated delivery date under the order details.
Customs and Import Duties
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong or the e-mail ends up in a spam folder. Throughout the process we send several emails, including an order conformation and a shipping notice once the item has shipped.
You can always update your e-mail address in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
You absolutely can. Please contact me within 14 days after placing your order to request cancellation.
For bespoke orders and custom made garments, I’m afraid you cannot simply request cancellation. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information.
What is your refund policy?
I will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order within the first 30 days of you receiving the items. I want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust my customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
